Bart and his staff truly care about there customers. They are the GARAGE with a HEART!! They give back to our community and I fully support them in there business. Nobody likes car repairs but we do love a company that gives back to our home base. Thanks Bart!!!! PS Love the clean bathroom and AXLE is the best!!

Told me my suspension was in dangerous condition and there was work that had to be done. I went to Pep Boys at 6578 FM 1960 for a second opinion. Dimitri performed a $20 suspension inspection and said the work was not necessary. Always best to get a 2nd opinion. Verified this is the correct location.

Mr Eric we regret that you feel that way however, We can not speak to the skill set of another shop. What we can say is that honesty and integrity is what we are all about. We are highly trained and certified. Yes second opinions can be wise...They can also be short as well. We offered to show you your issues and that offer still stands.

I used to go here all the time for oil changes and minor repairs. Not any more. They tried to rip me off during the state inspection. I was told I had an extremely slow leak in the power steering system of my 2012 Town & Country Van. They wanted over a 1000 to fix it. NOT SO. I went to another to get an oil change and the power steering fluid was not even low! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN! I am extremely disappointed.

Mrs Hood we here at Kwik have no gains in ripping anyone off. The state inspection guide lines are mandated by the state not us. You can not have power steering fluid below the minimum fill line which you had. We did find the location of the fluid loss and offered to show you which you declined. We pride ouselves on honesty... Even when that honesty benefits no one. We regret you feel this way but we do not regret the lack of diligence from where you went. However... We would be more then happy to review the issue with you again.

Almost $90 for an oil change, haha. Laughable. I know they tried to charge me so much because I'm a woman. I always change my oil and everything else on my car by myself but needed it done quickly since I didn't have the time. People like these guys piss me off. Even the $74 I actually paid is waaay too high. They should be lucky I'm a nice person to bite the bullet and didn't just walk out. If they had not been greedy I would have made this my go-to place since it's literally right down the street from me, but I guess they'd rather make a quick buck than have a long term customer.

Ms Patch. We have absolutely no record of your being to this shop. We understand that there are many Kwik Kar locations and the simple mistake of placing a review in the wrong place is possible. we can also assure you that nothing happened to you due to you "being a woman" men pay the same as women do and vise versa.here in our shop....which is completely independently owned and operated as they all are so we can not attest to what another location charges. We will say....We are not the cheapest... Nor the most expensive... What we are is a very good shop that offers a high level of quality products and services that are not free for us to provide. Fast. Friendly. Fair. Moved to town about three years ago and gave these guys a try...Just for oil changes. Solid work, fair pricing, in and out, and a friendly atmosphere. Got to know the managers Thomas and Bart over the years, and they got to know me AND my cars. Fast forward... Ran into major electronic issues this week. Car malfunction out of nowhere. Had it towed to the shop because I knew these guys were straight and waiting nervously for the diagnosis. Probably called and asked to speak to Thomas personally five times in one single day. He took the time to talk to me and explain it all very courteously each time and had the decency upfront to tell me it could be expensive. Met Thomas the next morning at the shop completely unannounced. Probably on their busiest day of the week. I found my car very tenderly set on a lift. Clearly in good hands and clear evidence of the ongoing work in progress. Again Thomas took the time to instill in me the confidence that he could get it done, although it was not simple, and that it just took time. I walked away at peace. I went about my day. Thomas called me four hours later. Diagnosis had been made. My overall cost would be 20% of that original worst-case scenario. He even sounded happy for me! I drove it home that day! What more could you ask for? Go see them!

I would have just given them no stars but its not allowing me too. The shop is extremely unprofessional. The owner is barely there and the guy who's the manager is completely rude. When I went there to see why my car heat wasn't working and to replace one of my filters, they took a very long time to come out the office. One of the employees seem a little under the weather because he didn't want to come out of the office, though he was in there playing some game on his phone. The supervisor or Manager Thomas seem as if he knew everything but really didn't have the slightest idea what he was talking about. This place is very unprofessional.

I believe you've posted for the wrong shop or this post is fraudulent all together. The owner is in everyday and the manager is a very well seasoned technician himself with many years experience. We are more leaning toward fraudulent due to the fact that we know who you are and as a former employee it does not give you the right to leave with shop equipment. And a legal action may be taken against you.
