They were fast with car inspection and were very professional. Did try to up sell more work than needed.

Way past due for an oil change so I decided to stop here. Passed this place hundreds of times because it's near my subdivision. The is professional and courteous. Now I paid for an oil change and I received an oil change but what I received that I did not pay for nor did I ask for was that they vacuumed the inside of my truck. That little extra service mattered and helped me to make the decision to start patronizing this establishment for my car care needs.

Total gentlemen. Professional and fair to our entire family. Take their time explaining things. They are all about helping people and quality work. We are so glad we came across them.

Quick! Battery tested lower than normal output. Battery replaced and back on the road in 20 minutes. Serviced immediately.

I continued to be impressed by team professionalism. I routinely use them for state inspections and oil changes on occasion. Always greeted as I drive up ... welcomed and prompt service.

I brought my truck in because my breaks weren't working properly. I was referred to this place through a trusted networking group my husband is apart of. The manager Thomas deserves a shout out for being honest & compassionate. I usually take my 2017 truck into the dealership I bought her from when I need maintenance done, but their incompetence & negligence became too much stress to deal with. I brought my truck into this location only to find out once again the dealership's negligence could've costed mine & my kid's life's. Unfortunately the problem with my brakes was a GM recall therefore only the dealership can legally repair it due to liability reasons. The Manager Thomas didn't charge me a dime for the hour spent on labor and diagnostics. I have gotten so used to men at the dealership constantly over-charging me, or trying to take advantage because I'm a woman that isn't mechanically educated. I am glad I have finally found a place I can take my vehicle to for the services they offer, & not have to dread the entire experience. These day's it is almost impossible to find honest mechanic's (especially as a woman) but Thomas at Kwick Kar Lube is one of the few good guys left.
