service was done effectively, but the wait was incredibly long. 40+ minutes to change my headlight bulb, 30 of which was spent “standing around scratching our heads” according to one staff member, although the information seemed like a single google search away. ended up throwing off my schedule significantly and being late to work. headlight was repaired however, and is in working order. would go back if i knew i had time to kill.

Resolved issue created by another oil change company where they did not replace the separate gasket on the last oil filter. Appreciated the heads up.

Was in for A/C problem, kept me updated to the progress as I waited. Happy with the service and asked me to return for them to check making sure everything is good. This is definitely a reliable and trustworthy car repair facility.
